Hong Kong is a free port for most goods. It is not a free port for controlled drugs, undeclared antibiotics by the carton, or products the Department of Health restricts. We will not print a “safe number of boxes.” If the pack is yours, labelled, and a course you are taking, you are in a different conversation from a reseller trolley.
